Cookout and fishing

Yesterday the whole family attended a birthday cookout for Adams co-worker. I caught some good pictures of Adam and Oaklen. I did have the triplets with me but was too busy taking care of them to get a lot of pictures. It was an all day event getting ready to go. I made about ten trips to the van to pack up everything I thought we would need. We ended up running late but not because of me getting all four kids out the door. It was Adam who was suppose to meet me in Winfield. He was running behind getting a tattoo. So I got stuck at Wendys for an hour in the van with four kids. Tyler had a dirty diaper and Oaklen was gagging. Oh what fun! Haha. I had to use the restroom but could not because I would have to put all the babies in their stroller and hope that the stroller would fit into the stall once I got in there. So I ended up peeing my pants....just kidding. I waited on Adam to come help me. Adam got all the kids initials put on his arm in birth order.

Tyler scared by toy

Tylers reaction to this toy is too funny.

Updates

Addison and her big cheese

Mommys thumb sucker.

Tyler rolls over.

Today we ventured out to the doctors office for our last shot of synagist for this year. RSV season is almost over. We are very excited. Looking forward to taking more trips out to visit with friends. Brock weighed in at 15 lbs today. Tyler is 13lbs 13oz and Addie follows by 13 lbs 6oz. Can you believe Addie is catching up with Tyler? Tylers eyes are starting to turn and he's growing a little hair back. Addie has some coming back in but it's turning blonde. She may not be a red head after all. Brock who was born with the dark brown is also coming in blonde. Brock has very blue eyes. His may stay that color as I see no flecks of brown yet.

Oaklen is doing great. He brought an excellent report card home. He's been spending a lot of time outside playing since the weather is warm. He's looking forward to the summer. This is the first year that he has not really enjoyed school. Hopefully next year will be smoother for him.

We remain very busy around here working on the house. I've started to prime the kitchen and we are looking to tear off the back deck in the next few weeks. I will try to add a picture of all teh remodel sometime soon.

3 to 1

Adam tried to tell me I could not take the babies out on my own because it was a 3 to 1 ratio. So guess what I did. I took them out. It's always going to be a 3 or 4 to 1 and that's not fair to keep everyone locked up in the house. We ran to home depot to get more paint. I painted the shutters yesterday and wanted more to do the door. We also ran to the DMV for an application for handy cap parking pass. As of right now I am taking up two spaces when I go anywhere. I know this makes people mad but it's the only way I can get them all in and out safely.

Later I packed up the babies in the laundry basket and we went outside to wait for Oaklen. I took a few new pictures in the shirts I made for them all last night. Oaklen could not wait to wear his to school.

Busy weekend!

We started out by packing up the crew for a trip to Home Depot. This was the babies first outing and even though RSV season is not over we figured Home Depot would be unpacked. We were wrong but thankfully it was full of mostly men who could care less about us parading through in the limo. Only one couple stopped us and they were very polite and did not get too close to the babies. On the first Saturday of every month they have a childrens work shop. Oaklen got to make a planter which I am adding a picture. The best part about this is Oaklen had fun and it did not cost us a dime....well kind of. I bought paint to paint my kitchen yet again. Oh and paint to do my shutters. I plan on buying more hours in a day to go along with this stuff. An outing for us pretty much is an all day event once you load them all in and then all back out. : )

Sunday we had Grandma, Grandpa, Grammy, Gramps and Breanna over to watch the babies (yes it takes a lot of people to watch four kids) while Adam and I went to the grocery store. Upon our return we were visited by Adam's Aunt Martha and Aunt Betty. It was Aunt Martha's first time to see the babies so we were excited to have her. I then mowed the front yard came inside to feed babies then mowed the back yard. We took the babies for a walk down the street then Adam and Oaklen hit some golf balls in the back yard. The babies and I sat on a blanket and watch them. That concludes our weekend. I have to run Sunday nights are the only one on one time I get with my hubby. It's movie night!

River Dancing Babies

I'm sorry I have to remove this video. We submitted it to AFV. In doing so we lose rights to share it over the internet. I sure hope the comment left on this about a 10,000 dollar winner is right. If we here anything back about the video I will let you all know.

New video of Brock

Brock loves to talk. He has a booming voice that over powers Tyler and Addison.

Outside

Well today we decided to go outside and wait for Oaklen to get home from school. I put a blanket down outside and a little tent for the babies. I then carried them outside in a ..........laundry basket. Haha. It was a very tight squeeze but how else was I to get them all outside at the same time. I can not take them out one at a time. I'd end up leaving one outside while I went for the other. Not a good idea. I'll have to figure out what to do next month when I can no longer tote them around in the laundry basket. I can take them in their car seats and just sit them all by the door then slide them out one at a time, but their car seats are very bulky and heavy. Anyway we spent an hour outside. This is longest they have been outside. Our walks outside so far have been very short. The babies did great and Oaklen played with them outside when he got off the bus. I wish I had pictures to share, but I'm still waiting on my charger.
