Oh no! Ranch has been a lifesaver for us at many dining out experiences.
All four of my kiddos do this with Ranch. They also do it with ketchup, pizza sauce. Talked with our pedi and she says it's just a reaction to the spices used most likely. Nothing dangerous thank goodness.
